Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using VoiceFlow Journal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use the App.
VoiceFlow Journal is operated by VoiceFlow Journal ("we," "us," or "our").
Use of the App
VoiceFlow Journal is a voice journaling application designed for personal use. You may use the App to:
- Create voice and text journal entries
- View AI-generated insights about your entries
- Track your mood and journaling patterns
- Export your data for personal use
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.
Your Content
Your journal entries, voice recordings, and all associated data ("Your Content") belong to you. We don't claim any ownership rights over Your Content.
Because Your Content is stored locally on your device and processed on-device, we don't have access to it. You are solely responsible for backing up Your Content if desired.
Acceptable Use
While we don't monitor your journal content (we can't access it), you agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
- Use the App in any way that could harm or overburden our services
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Premium Subscription
VoiceFlow Journal offers a Premium subscription with additional features. By subscribing:
- Payment: Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Pricing is as displayed at the time of purchase.
- Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your App Store settings. You'll retain access until the end of your paid period.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple according to their App Store policies.
Free Tier
The free tier includes 50 voice journal entries. After using your free entries, you can upgrade to Premium for unlimited access. Existing entries remain accessible regardless of your subscription status.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by VoiceFlow Journal and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our permission.
Disclaimer
VoiceFlow Journal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Important: The AI insights provided by the App are for informational and self-reflection purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you're experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceFlow Journal and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
Because your data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups. We are not liable for any data loss.
Changes to the App
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We'll try to provide notice of significant changes, but continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the App or our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may terminate or suspend access to the App if you violate these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
